• version 0.4.XXXX.XXXXX 2011-11-19 had diplomacy screwed up, and consequently combat was not available (you can't declare war)

• version 0.4.4173.26562 2011-06-10 http://www.startreksupremacy.com/SupremacyTest_20110610.7z.bin (remove ".bin" and unpack with 7zip) -> best use this one

• version 0.4.XXXX.XXXXX 2011-06-10 had combat working (ground combat, orbital bombardment)

• version 0.4.3427.36588 2009-05-20 http://www.startreksupremacy.com/download.html has the war declare feature
